Done on normal 8.5 x 11 paper with some nice thin pen. Basically another take on the picture I did previously ([link]) but with nice fluffy fans ^^

I like her pose ^.^ It looks like she's very serious but I see a bit of happiness..... for some reason..... ^^;

but that's beside the point. The shading is really nice too. For shading with a pen, it's really good (by my standards at least) :D I can't shade ):
